Candice has over 20 years experience in recruitment.She worked for over 10 years with a leading global recruitment business where she became a senior manager and led teams of recruiters in various sectors across the UK.  In 2008 she set up what was originally James Lewis Consulting and is now rebranded as Bourne Consulting.  Candice enjoys playing tennis, skiing holidays and entertaining with her friends.  She is a business mentor for the Prince’s Trust and has a genuine passion for advising people with their career decisions.
