Our Methodology

  • We will evaluate each potential candidate’s suitability and motivations for entering the hiring process for the role during these initial reach outs.

  • Candidates who match all the search criteria will be interviewed, scorecards produced, and if suitable, they will be shortlisted.

  • We dedicate a full-time researcher to each assignment.

  • In-depth, phone and vc interviews are carried out with all shortlisted candidates.

  • Calibration candidates will be forwarded within two weeks of the initial search being commenced.

  • Weekly updates will be provided throughout the process - you will know exactly where we are with the search at any time.

  • A shortlist of at least three to five qualified, suitable, engaged candidates will be presented per role within six weeks of the initial search being undertaken, along with any insightful market commentary for the assignment.

  • We can help manage the ongoing process through interview stages, from offer and appointment to on-boarding of the successful candidate.

  • We will carry out full reference checks on the successful candidate if you wish us to do so.

  • Once the successful candidate has started with you, we will remain in regular contact both with you and the candidate, to ensure they are settling in well and to assist with their smooth integration into your business.

  • To get started, we carry out an in-depth meeting to fully understand your business, your requirements, and your ideal candidates.

  • We will then produce a target company list which we will share with all key hiring managers.

  • Thanks to our extensive database of over 10,000 experienced recruitment professionals, we’ll start to identify and source interesting potential candidates.

  • For each search our dedicated research team will collate a long list of around 100 suitable candidates on our CRM, Ezekia.

  • Hiring managers will have access at any time to review who we have mapped on this list, and to see what stage we are at with them.

  • We will directly approach and follow up with all long-listed candidates by telephone and email to engage them in a conversation about the business and the opportunity.
